V\u00a0dal\u0161\u00edch dvou 50% a po zbylou dobu 45%.\tU osob, kter\u00e9 maj\u00ed do 50 let je d\u00e9lka podpory 5 m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f, od 50 \u2013 55 let 8 m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f, u osob star\u0161\u00edch 55 let pot\u00e9 11 m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f.\tUchaze\u010d o zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed m\u00e1 ur\u010dit\u011b mo\u017enost se rekvalifikovat pro v\u00edce \u017e\u00e1dan\u00fd obor. V\u00a0p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee \u00fa\u0159ad dojde k\u00a0tomu, \u017ee je rekvalifikace \u00fa\u010deln\u00e1 a hlavn\u011b pot\u0159ebn\u00e1, m\u016f\u017ee n\u00e1klady uhradit a k\u00a0tomu vyplatit i podporu p\u0159i rekvalifikaci.
